			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Mission:</strong> Most of our agency projects come from joint work with major full service agencies. As part of our networking tradition, each year our agency focuses on one target audience that works in the Israeli advertising community (e.g account managers, creative directors), and wishes them a happy Jewish new year in a unique &#038; personal way. This year we chose to focus on the &#8216;top dogs&#8217;; the CEOs.</p>
<p><strong>Solution:</strong> We bought over 50 .com domains consisting of the names of the CEOs and SEO&#8217;d them for a couple of months until they were one of the first organic results when searching on Google. We then turned to the local press and the party started.</p>
<p><strong>Results:</strong> We got extensive news coverage on all Advertising &#038; Marketing news sites, blogs and forums with over 700,000 visits to all the domains during this one year promotion. 50% of all CEOs claimed their domains, which were given to them freely and 30% of them started a blog or used the domain for social purposes. A lot of joint work and new collaborations emerged from this promotion that cost less than 350$ (we even used Go Daddy Coupons!!).</p>

<p><strong>Solution:</strong> In times of recession there are 2 words everyone fear the most: you&#8217;re fired!</p>
<p>2 viral ads were produced describing employees misinterpreting a box on their desk, for a lay-off sign, thus blowing some steam on their Creative Director/ CEO.</p>
<p><strong>Results:</strong> Shortly after submission the ads became the hot topic of discussion all around the country from agency&#8217;s clients to common people outside the advertising industry. mainly Because of handling a topical and painful issue as lay-offs during the economic crisis in a fun way. Furthermore, the ads got extensive media coverage in prominent blogs, News sites and leading Radio shows. generating a huge buzz and overwhelming wall-to-wall compliments.</p>

We wanted to reach as many young potential copywriters as possible However, we wanted to make sure, those who answer the call are also ready to work hard and long hours</p>
<p><strong>Execution:</strong> We sent the video to every advertising and copywriting school in the country, and uploaded it in every ad forum and ad blogs. This helped us reach nearly 95% of the relevant professional population, Israel&#8217;s advertising community.</p>
<p><strong>Solution:</strong> The Creative Solution We decided to create a viral video that would generate a mouth-to-ear response. With the help of the children of our Executive Creative Director (these are his real children), we showed a humoristic perspective of their lives look like while dad is at the office. With it we delivered an emotional message: Help these miserable children &#8211; send me your CV&#8217;s.</p>
<p><strong>Result:</strong> The Result A stunning effect: In just 3 days, more than 200 young copywriters sent their CV&#8217;s. The best one of them is currently working at the agency. The Children were saved…</p>
